How to Be Happy

There are those who have a hard time being happy. Life is too short to be argumentive, jealous, and hateful ninety percent of the time. Those people who take care of themselves are more happier because they emanate self-discipline. Being in control of yourself means others don’t experience you as a burden to be cared for. Eating right, exercising, and attending to your emotional health should be a part of your daily routine. Also, worrying less about what people think about you will help make you more happier. If you are constantly worried about what others think, your self-esteem is probably low. Find friends who are genuine and care about you. If you are mostly sad around a "so-called friend", leave that person alone. Spend time with people who build your self-esteem up, not bring it down.
