President Blake Lamont Hill's former mistress was found dead in Washington, D.C.'s Rock Creek Park, stabbed and strangled. The Press suspects he has something to do with her murder. After the young woman's parents speak to a House Judiciary Committee, the President is hauled in for questioning. The one person who can clear Blake's name and stop the media lynching isn't talking. If the person doesn't tell what really happened, not only could Blake face impeachment, but possibly lose his freedom, too.
