Ex-marine Curtis Sangster served a tour of duty from 1990-1991 in the Persian Gulf War. He received many awards, promotions, and decorations for serving his country. However, during Curtis's tour of duty, he was exposed and introduced to a life of crime which involved drug addiction, sex addiction, and criminal activity that went against the United States military standards, and unfortunately, those odious activities costed him his military career.
Based on an accurate account of his life story, the names have been changed. Curtis Sangster's new memoir titled "From Prosperity To Adversity" is similar to famed author Terry McMillian's "Waiting To Exhale." This new memoir depicts a world where a young man's dreams are altered because of the wrong decisions he had made that could've been avoidable.
