Jacquelyn Gaines is a high performance Senior Executive, National Speaker and Best Selling Author with a progressive career encompassing more than 40 years of sustained leadership and accomplishments with major health care organizations. With passion, creative energy and vision, she motivates diverse groups toward success. She is one of the country's first minority women ever to run a health system-former President and CEO of Mercy Health Partners of NE Pennsylvania; the first minority woman ever to run a hospital in the state of Oregon (nicknamed-the "Real Portland Trailblazer"). Her first book, Believing You Can Fly, landed Jacquelyn the honor of being keynote speaker at the Library of Congress National Health Symposium. Currently, she works as an Executive Leadership Coach for Studer Group, facilitating the development of leaders throughout the country. Jackie loves to read, garden, dance ZUMBA and spend time with her family, especially her two grandsons and granddaughter.
