ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
A dynamic speaker, writer, educator and author; who is well on his way to becoming a national seminar leader, William Fulton was born in Elizabeth, NJ and graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering. He began his career as an instructor for the Newark Board of Education. He became employed as an Applications Engineer and Technical Trainer for the Pall Corporation. While working for the Pall Corporation, his customers included Ford Motor Company, Caterpillar and Generals Motor’s Saturn Division.
In 1994, he wrote the book “ 60 Minutes to Your Next Job”, a comprehensive job-search manual that prepares a person, in an hour, to seek employment. In his book and seminars, William encourages individuals to assess themselves, identify their talents and promote what contributions they can make to an employer. Hence, they are inspired to search for employment as a resource person not a job beggar.
In 1995, he established KWF Enterprises to provide job search training. In addition to training, KWF provides technical, marketing and consultation services. KWF Enterprises is committed to providing graduates and alumni from various schools (high schools, colleges, and business schools) with many of the essential job-search skills. KWF clients include: Newark Board of Education, Edison Public Schools, South Brunswick Public Schools, Sayerville Board of Education, AT&T, Communications Workers of America (CWA 1034), Candace Enterprises, Lucent Technologies, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Mercer Community College, Middlesex County College, Nassau County Community College, Briarcliffe College, The Civic League of New Brunswick, The African-American Heritage Association of Long Island, Creative Publications and the Public Libraries in New York and New Jersey.
William Fulton was a speaker at Nassau Community College on Long Island, NY and the Radio-One Health and Wellness Fair September 2004 at the Raleigh Convention Center. He was the keynote speaker at the Radio-One Business and Career Fair held at the Raleigh Convention Center May 2004. He was a speaker at the National Black Master's in Business Administration Association Career Fair (NY & NJ Chapters) April 2003. William was a panelist at the Blacks in Technology Symposium at the Javits Convention Center in New York City May 2002. He was a speaker at the 2002 and 2001 African American Speakers at Lucent Technologies and 2001 AT&T Synergy Conference NJ Chapter and Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity May 2002 in Elizabeth, NJ. William was a speaker at the Corporate of Women of AT&T March 1996 National Conference in Orlando, Fl. He also was a speaker at the New Jersey Business Education Association during their Fall Convention held at the Trump Castle Resort Hotel in Atlantic City and the New Jersey Synergy in Action Conference September 1996 in Newark, NJ with the theme “60 Minutes to Your Next Job”.
William presented seminars at the March 1998 LIMACON Conference at State University of New York at Old Westbury, NY, Regional Conference of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics December 1997 and at all three Regional Conferences of the Association of Mathematics Teachers of New Jersey with the theme “Making Algebra Accessible to All" May 1996. William Fulton has been a guest on a number of radio stations in New York, New Jersey and North Carolina. He is currently teaching Mathematics at the Governor Morehead School.
